
Purpose
KAM establishes, develops and maintains relationships with regional ACO subsidiary companies for Building Drainage and initiating relationships and creating business opportunities with global or multinational key accounts at HQ and regional levels (Food & Beverage / Commercial Kitchen producers) and key partners (Engineering companies, Flooring companies). Closely cooperates with ACO Business Developments Department (BDD) to help Local ACO sales companies implement tools developed by BDD to grow the market share of Commercial & Industrial segments through local market initiatives, campaigns, key accounts (KA) and key partners (KP) activities.
Activities
- Participate in the execution of business strategy towards the market within assigned regions
- Support in the development of communication strategy toward targeted customers according to business strategy
- Monitoring and reporting status of business activities in each country
- Assist local ACO sales organizations in local market research
- Obtain and share relevant project references among ACO network
- Maintain and track key account projects and opportunities
- To drive the process of market roll-outs for specific segments (Industrial, Commercial) with products, services, sales tools
- To support Local ACO sales organization in education and implementing marketing/sales tools (CONFIG, BIM, Services, etc.) to help grow market share and brand awareness
- Support in the development of budget across product portfolios
- To establish and maintain relationship between ACO and global Key Accounts (KA) and Key Partners (KP)
- To support networking in regions via local ACO sales organizations and local subsidiaries of KA/KP
- To identify and coordinate new global KA/KP business opportunities
- To achieve global agreements and partnerships with Key Accounts & Key Partners
Candidate profile

- Self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to work individually and as a collective
- Adapt communication (both spoken and written) to different levels of the organization (from top management to technical and sales) and to different nationalities
- Proven track record with large accounts and management of international projects
- Experience with supply chain, construction material dealers network, supplier sourcing for projects
- Strong overall business strategy with attention to detail
- Strong execution and follow-up skills
- Result driven with customer oriented approach
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM – Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams)
- University degree, technical background is a plus
- Advanced English (C1 - Expected), second language (desired)
